Why are your prices so low?
We operate on very little overhead and have an extremely efficient order processing department. We're well aware of what other companies charge for similar products but we refuse to set our prices as high as they do.

What types of payment do you accept?
We accept PayPal and most major credit cards. Credit cards are accepted on our website through a secure payment processing company. We do not receive or store your credit card information.

Do you have sales or promotions?
Yes! In order to be notified of our sales and promotions, you must sign up for our email list. Our sales and promotions are offered only to our email subscribers. To subscribe to our email list, click the link at the bottom of our site or visit our Email List web page.

Do you charge a processing or handling fee?
Absolutely not! Shipping fees displayed in our shopping cart are exactly what we pay UPS or USPS. We do not add any fees to the shipping costs or charge an order handling fee.

How do I change an item in my order?
Email or call us. Emails are usually the best method of communication.  If your order hasn’t been shipped, we can change the item. If your order has shipped, we obviously have no way of changing the item.

Do you accept returns?
Of course! We offer a 100% money-back guarantee on all of our products. However, you do not have to return the product. All of our products are made-to-order and cannot be resold once they’ve been opened. If you don’t like a product or fragrance, we’ll refund your payment or ship you a different product. You do not have to return the original item.

How do you handle backordered items?
Since all of our products are made by hand after they’re ordered, we rarely ever have backorders. If we happen to temporarily run out of an ingredient or fragrance, we will have it back in stock within a few business days. Your item(s) will then be prepared and shipped as quickly as possible.

Do you offer expedited order processing?
Absolutely NOT. We feel it’s wrong to make other customers wait for their orders simply because someone else wants their order first.

Do you offer bulk or volume discounts?
We do not offer discounts of any type. However, we do run sales and promotions that are advertised only to our email subscribers.

How long before my order will be shipped?
While our average turnaround time is 2 – 3 business days, during busy times it might take up to 5 business days to make and ship the items in your order. Soap and bath bombs must harden for at least 24 hours before we can package them. Lotions, creams, and lip scrubs are usually shipped the first business day after we receive your order.

Do you offer free shipping?
Of course! We offer free shipping on all orders.

Which shipping companies do you use?
We ship by both the United States Postal Service (USPS) and UPS. We do not ship to PO Boxes.

After my order is shipped, how long before it will be delivered?
Delivery time depends on the time of year, the shipping method you chose, and where you live. Between Thanksgiving and New Year’s, delivery by all major shipping companies can take an additional 1 to 3 business days.

What are the average delivery times for the shipping services you offer?
USPS First Class – average delivery time: 1 – 7 business days*
USPS Priority Mail – average delivery time: 1 – 3 business days*
UPS Ground – average delivery time: 1 – 5 business days*
* Delivery time begins the day AFTER your package is received by UPS or USPS.

Do you ship to APO/FPO addresses?
No. We ship only to addresses physically located in the United States.

Why do you require a $10 minimum order?
We offer free shipping on all orders. It's not financially feasible for us to offer free shipping on orders less than $10.
